why these strange runes, strange masteries and that strange build.

-at lvl 18 you get nearly exactly (a bit more) than 40%cdr with this runes and masteries setup. 1st weakness (quite high cooldowns) gone.

-you move like a jet so you aren`t kiteable that easy any more (you nearly have a full time freeghost). 2nd weakness (slow movement+kitable) gone.

-you have good survivability thanks to life + armor + lifereg + Mres + lifesteal. 3rd weakness (squishy+quite bad survivability) gone.

-"gold per 5" items and quite cheap early + midgame build. 4th weakness (gold dependent/gold problems) gone.

-perfect use of all 6 item slots at variable buying orders

You also have a quite impressive dmg output and thx to the aspeed items you can stack your passive quite quick on the enemys even with auto attacks.

Items

Prefer "Boots of Mobility". If the danger only comes from auto attackers: "Ninja Tabi" If they got very dangerous magic dmg and/or tons of CC: "Mercury`s Treads"

Very dangerous Magic dmg:
Switch "Chain Vest" for "Negatron Cloak" and get "Force of Nature" before "Randuin`s Omen"

You can switch "Sheen" for "Zeal" or "Phage". But prefer "Sheen" for Mana and it`s passive.
