Starting

In the early game the most effective thing to do is poke with your 'q' so you can lower the opponents health forcing them to be zoned.

Mid Game

When you get your ultimate you should frequently check the bar at the side which shows you allies health, you can use this to ult and save your allies' life and maybe get a kill out of it.

Late Game

When you have a full build you will more than likely be targeted a lot due to your damage and tankiness, you can use your 'e' to taunt enemy champions to stop them targetting your carries whilst also dealing large damage with your 'q' .
