Thanks Chad, but you might wanna try the build before u say it lacks damage. A well timed ult with this build will wipe the entire enemy team.

Also the survivability i talk about isn't a team fight survivability.

Its lane survivability, which means you should be able to get all of the items i list extremely early in game.

500+ ap isnt a weak build.

Good harassment/survival build.

It's pretty SOLID, but what I think it lacks is the damage dealing capacity of others. This build is exactly as you put it: a harasser/survival build. You might not get a LOT of kills, but with a reasonable team, you will have a TON of Assists, and practically no deaths.
Not exactly my cup of tea, but a pretty good build none-the-less.
