Well actually infinity will give you much more damage output since your judge can also crit each half second that the damage is proc to get doubled and with your low attack speed you wont be doing much auto attacks but still however depents on what your opponents have and there builds, glad you liked it. Also in some games i might even get force before atmas if the enemy spellcasters got overfeeded and our tank sucks xD However it is last item and in most cases the game wont last that long.

try this build and..... 4/0/5 - 14/5/15 - 12/3/19 against lvl 30

After atma's impaler I buy a negatron cloak, then a frozen mallet (work better than infinity edge in this build) and for last item complete the force of nature

btw great build.... u cant die but still do a lot of damage
