In dominion Lux has a real opportunity (because of the pace and gold gen) to simply harass the entire field from a distance. Your tank is going to be your speed

This build has a few simple goals:

Speed to set up sniping points, close in for the kill, and GTFO.
Ability Power for her Ult.
Crit Chance / Damage for the 2 shot.

Please Note: Ignore the skill order unless you want to read the footnote. It's kind of irrelevant for this guide.

Runes give you a basic idea of what's going on here. AP + Crit = 2 shot kill (in theory.)

Masteries are mostly offensive. Opted for more mana for obvious reasons. Also it seems like around lvl 10 mana regen becomes somewhat of a moot point.

Ok, the meat and potatoes of this guide.

First is the Protectors ring and normal boots.

Then we work on getting Philo. It may seem odd, but the mana regen and small gold boost helps with this build.

Sheen next to prep for Lich bane. This is here for the double damage after an ability.

With LB, we start adding more moment modifiers and again, the 2x physical attack.

Sprinle in a little crit.

Cap for AP multiplier, as its pretty much needed for the Ult to be effective.

Modify crit dmg and add chance.



Also not that somewhere along the way the original ring gets dropped for space.

This build actually lends well to solo play. Jungling for attacks of oppertunity and assisting in blocking caps.

This is more of an experimental thing.

Idea being that trapping the enemy and surviving long enough to run away are key points of this build. the AoE is great for tagging, but imo for this build would not be the primary objective.

In my opinion, a snipe would go something like:

Hide in brush next to CP.
If in range pop E, if not go straight for R.
Right after R, run in and root with Q, but shield up on the way.
Stay out of melee range and rape.


Point being, E is for tagging for extra dmmage. It has its own dd, but we want to trigger Illumination
