Introduction

Hi my name is BoogiieWoogiie and this is my first build.
I've been playing veigar for quite a while now and this build is very effective for me.
This is a Veigar build with extreme burst dmg. It also contains survival ability and is best played mid.

Runes

Since veigar is a very mana greedy champion so I go with mana runes to improve his passive.
I also like to take magic penetration and ability power to punch trough that magic resist.
If you want to pwn it's gonna cost you ;)

Masteries

I go straight for the magic dmg and mana to keep up the burst damage.

Skill Sequence

I take alot on the dark matter because it's the best spell after the ult.
I start with baleful strike for the lasthits in the begining.
The stun is very effective so i try to hit them in the edge of the circle and then quickly use dark matter on them. After dark matter I use baleful strike to kill some hp and finally finish them of with the ult and if they still live, I burn them with ignite.

Items

I try to build a little survival ability so he doesn't get to smashed late game.
I buy alot of ap but in the same time try to get some cooldown reduction, magic penetration and mana regenation.
In end game when you have full build make sure to get Elexir of Brilliance whenever you can.

Summoner Spells

Ignite is a very good spell for picking up those kills that survive the burst damage with a little Hp.
Flash is a all around good spell.
You can use it to flash away from bad situations and you can use it to chase down those that got away.

Summary

Some useful tips:
*Always lasthit minions with baleful strike when you can to build up Ap, ALWAYS.
*The most effective order to use veigars spells is in: E > W > Q > R, or in: W > E > Q > R You can experiment a little after what's best for you.
*Try to stand out side the teamfight and f*ck them up from there :)
*Considering Veigars Passive on Q you will hopefully get alot more Ap than it say in this guide :D
*Buy mana potions, wards, health potions if needed.

This is my first build so please don't hate :( and leave a comment on what you think so i can update if needed :D Note that this is a experimental build, If needed change the build after the enemy team!
