Introduction
in laning stage is good option turn on haste, then fire stand aside toward enemy support and smash carry with your spinning axe. Right after tossing your blade turn around and fall back to catch your blade in safe distance. In most cases enemy support just trying do something, but right after your catch u can press another haste and even poke their support in most cases without even one enemy response. (but really dont try second part again alistar, thats sure way to hell)
btw> many players think IE build beats everything else. I am really not sure, with draven u can deal tons of dmg even without IE
