1:Runes

Marks: 9xGreater Mark of Insight (your damage is magic, perfect since item build is full tanky)
Seals: 9xGreater Seal of Clarity (allows you to stay much longer on lane)
Glyphs:9xGreater Glyph of Celerity
+
Quintessences: 3x Greater Quintessence of Celerity (37%CD reduction with frozen heart at lvl 18)

2: Summoner Spells

First of all, Exhaust, it is great for ganking, not only lowers the damage you receive, but also slows the target down - great for aggresive tanking.

Second spell, Flash, extends your range greatly (flash + ulti combo), perfect for hit-and-run tacticts since you will be maxing Q at first.

3: Items

Boots as a first item will give you additional mobility, with Q you have to harrass your enemy and run back with increased speed (decreased in his case of course). 2nd lvl boots are up for your convenience, take tabi if enemy team consists mostly of AD, while mercury's versus heavy cc/ap team.

Why there is only 1 health item in this build? because with his passive and stacked armor malphite dosen't need health to survive.

Making glacial shroud will increase your cooldown reduciton bonus, allowing you to engage with ulti more often.

For obvious reasons next item is Banshee, some additional hp, magic resist mana and spell block make it ideal for tanking. After making banshee finish frozen heart, good job! Core items bought.

Next items depend on enemy's setup really, My suggestion is Abyssal Scepter vs. AP oriented teams (Additional AP is always welcome, his ulti has 1.0 ratio) making you ideal tank-mage killer, and thornmail + Sunfire vs. AD oriented teams.

4: Skills

Q is your starting skill, keep it maxed out, at lvl 3-5 there is a huge damage boost which'll allow you to harras squishies like ashe/cait.

W is great for last hitting and boosting your surviality, +30% armor makes life much easier against AD champs.

E not impressive at first, it shines late game due to 0.5 armor being converted to damage, remember it also slows attack damage of hit enemies, making it perfect anti-xin skill.

R ulti, long range aoe knock-up, when combined with flash makes it a great long range engage tool (go in, kill ashe and run away tactic)

5: "How to"

I prefer going solo lane on him, allowing me to max out Q faster making harrassment much easier during lane phase, save your mana up to lvl 3-5, leaving you with huge mana pool to spam your Q.

Last hitting is crucial, people usually blow up their mana pool around lvl 2, leaving them defenseless, I advise leaving that mana for upgraded skills.

If you harra*** properly, at around lvl 5-6 your enemy should be at around 50% hp, keep harrassing a bit longer, and after reaching 6 use flash + ulti combo to finish off your opponent from a far (use exhaust if necessary, don't forget to use W before ulti, and Q + E after hitting an enemy).

Its basically rinse and repeat up until late game, you need to pick up targets wisely, sometimes it is better to use ulti on just one player, than not to use it while waiting for everyone to get hit.

Additional tip, if your team is tower diving, make sure you hit your opponent first, and then go back, tower should keep hitting you, allowing your squishies to finish off opponent.

Any comments appreciated, but I can assure you it is working, proven by 3 players who tried it with my advise : )

And I do apologise for the format, first time making anything like that really, will be working to improve it asap.
