Cheatsheet
I think you're missing Maw of Malmortius. If Guardian Angel is worth building situationally, Maw should be too.
I think you should remove Prowler's Claw for now and only add it back in if you figure out a situation where it's optimal.
"Armor Stacking" notes are outdated. Should be Serylda's Grudge, not Lord Dominik's Regards.
Example builds feel like they're too similar. You probably can do fine with just two examples instead of 4. That, or you need more variety before the final item (so something else instead of Ghostblade 5th in every build).
Introduction - Welcome
This probably isn't true anymore.
Preparation - Abilities
Small spelling mistake (rest -> reset). I would consider rephrasing this for clarity as well. Something like "By swapping to a different element, you can reset the cooldown of her passive Royal Privilege and Q - Edge of Ixtal."
Spelling mistake.
I don't have a specific suggestion, but I feel like this paragraph is really unclear. I think you should rewrite this one. The gif below it is really helpful, thankfully.
Same as above. This isn't very specific.
Preparation - Items
I feel like the descriptions for Duskblade of Draktharr and Eclipse could use some improvement. Aside from the boots recommendations and the mention that Eclipse is good for dueling, there isn't much concrete information about either item. I'd like to see you differentiate these two items more precisely so people reading know exactly when and why to build each.
This is unfair of me to ask because it's way too much work to re-code, but you could put the two Boots options below the mythic items in your flowchart, then link both boots to Umbral Glaive. If you skim this section, it looks like you get Mobility Boots every game.
It's unclear to me whether Youmuu's Ghostblade is required or situational. Your cheatsheet seems to imply it's situational, while your example builds and items section have it in every build. I don't really play Qiyana so I can't say for sure, but I think Serylda's Grudge might be better than Ghostblade in some games. You might need Serylda's for armor pen and Chempunk Chainsword for healing reduction in the same game, for example.
There's way too much repetition of earlier content in the "Mythic" section of Core Items. If you want to keep this section, it would make more sense to make the flowchart description very brief (like Duskblade vs squishies and Eclipse vs tanks or hard 1v1 matchups).
Edge of Night is in the Situational Items section here, but that isn't really represented in the flowchart or the cheatsheet. I think it makes sense for it to be situational (or perhaps a common item that can be swapped out for situationals when necessary), but you need some consistency with how your item build is laid out throughout the guide.
I feel that this sentence is superfluous, as you've already mentioned that the item helps with shields.
Youmuu's Ghostblade has outdated stats. You could probably just remove the stats entirely tbh, since the reason you buy it over the other lethality items is for the movement speed.
Gameplay - Rift Herald / Baron
You should mention using Rift Herald to get plates and first tower. Pushing 1-2 plates, then spawning Herald to one-shot the final 2 plates is a huge gold swing and can open up lane swaps earlier. This is probably the strongest use of Herald, and it's easy to pull off after a successful gank or if your lane already took down several plates. It's much more reliable than hoping to ace the enemy team so you can get 3 charges off, which only happens occasionally. If you want to explain this in the Towers / Inhibitors section that's ok I guess, but you should mention that Herald is best used on the final 2 plates of a tower, since they have higher damage reduction and Herald charge deals true damage.
You can also use your Oracle Lens for free before picking up the Herald's eye. Once you use the eye, you get to use your trinket right away, so putting it on cooldown before you pick up the eye has no downside.
Conclusion & Overall Impression
The visuals are obviously amazing, not much more to say there. No chapter is neglected and the theme for the guide is really consistent, so good job on presentation.
The information quality is pretty solid. If you wanted an area to improve here, I would say adding more visual content (like gifs or images) to demonstrate gameplay aspects would be the best way to add value to the guide. The other thing you could add is Matchups & Synergies to the cheatsheet, though jungle matchups aren't really as important as lane.
I think your build looks pretty solid, albeit a little confusing on a couple items (mentioned in the review above). I feel comfortable Scouting this guide since I think it successfully accomplishes the goal of teaching people how to succeed with Qiyana jungle. Most of my criticism is small corrections or nitpicks, so overall I'm pretty satisfied with the content here.
Looking forward to your next guide! :)
