THIS IS AN AP EVELYNN BUILD!

Let me start off by saying I am not the best eve player, nor do I claim to be. Evelynn, to me, is a champ that is pretty much useless in all role but one; TROLLING. By that I mean being as much of a nuisance as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, counter jungling, constantly ganking lanes, trying to invade the enemy jungle at the beginning of the game, and spamming chat (optional).

HOWEVER I MUST WARN YOU, EVELYNN REQUIRES A GOOD TEAM TO BE EFFECTIVE!

Magic Pen Reds
Armor Yellows
Flat AP Blues
Flat AP Quints

Offensive is the way to go, defense tree just for the extra armour (yes, I spell it with a "u", I'm Canadian) when invading/counter-jungle.

Start off Amplifying Tome, you will need the extra damage to hurt the enemy early on, and you will only be able to gank once or twice early due to her squishiness. You can get boots your first trip back, along with some pots. Rush Boots of Mobility, if doing well get a Mejai's as well.

SHEEN THEN LICHBANE GREATLY INCREASE YOUR DAMAGE, USUALLY WANT TO GET SHEEN BEFORE RABADON, THEN LICHBANE AFTER DEATHCAP IS DONE.

Final items are filler, take anything really. GA/Zhonya for survivability. Deathfire for insane damage. Rylai for slow on top of slow.

Smite - if you want to annoy the jungle

Ignite - extra damage when ganking

Exhaust - ensure gank goes well/reduce enemy jungle damage/get away

Play Eve to troll.

Never play Eve with a serious mindset, you will lose.
