Level 1-6
I normally play Ezreal as the AD carry of the team on bottom lane. I start off with a Doran's Blade and them I am set until level 4 or 5. Whenever you need/want to go shop, buy Boots of Speed and a Sheen and go back to your lane (When you have enough gold, buy Ionian Boots Of Lucidity now, or come back when you have enough). When you hit 6, you turn into the absolute best sniper in LoL. You want to utilize Ezreal's combo. E,Q,W,Q,R. That is pretty much Ezreal's best combo. When you E out to fight, Q them once, and then land your W. This will cause them to be slowed and to Flash out, or stay and probably die. Either way, you can usually catch them. Just start spamming your Q button until they are between 350-400 HP. Then, just go ahead and ult for the kill. That combo will not work on everything (ex. Tanks), but that combo can be used on most champs. I have killed my fair share of Champs using this combo, including Tanks. Now, the next time you need/want to go back, either buy a Phage or a Zeal. Or just straight out buy a Trinity Force if you have enough. If not, I usually get Phage because you can stay in a lane a little longer, and because hitting someone with your Q can also apply the slow effect.
Once you have your Trinity Force, start working towards a Warmogs by buying a Giant's Belt. I know this is not what you topically do on Ezreal, but trust me, this makes staying alive so much easier. Once you have a Giant's Belt, go back to laning/roaming and help your team out. Stay back a little bit in team fights and utilize your range as much as you possibly can. If you get initiated on, you have Ezreal's E and Flash to get away. Once you get away, if the other team turns back to fight, run back and start throwing some Q's in there. Or, if you are too low, just go ahead and Ult to help your team out. After you have enough for a Warmogs, buy it and start farming away. Now, this is where the fun begins. Since you do have an extra 1000+ hp from Warmogs, you can easily jump into fight and help your team. Now, that doesn't mean do Rambo and try to 1v5. When you have a little gold, go buy a Chain Vest for a little more durability, and to start building Atma's Impaler. Now, start farming and fighting again. By now, I am usually 6/0 as Ezreal if I have a good team that listens and cooperates. Once you have enough gold for the Atma's Impaler, so ahead a buy it. Now, you should be level 11 or above.
Now you can start on the Wit's End. Buy either the Recurve Bow (Preffered) or the Null-magic Mantle. I get a Wit's End on Ezreal because the passive stacks with every single ability he has. The attack speed also helps because of Ezreal's passive. So go back to helping your team. Whenever you get the chance, or the gold, buy your Wit's End pretty fast because it does help alot (You will see). Now that you have a pretty tanky AD carry, we just need a main source of damage. So, we want an Infinity Edge. When you have enough, or are a about 100 gold off, go back and sell your Doran's Blade for a BF Sword. Now you can hit everything like a truck since you have a lot of damage. Go push some lanes and farm, or go grab dragon or baron after, or before, this. Since you have one of the biggest ranges in the game, you can start catching people in the jungle either as a team, or by yourself. Well, you probably have gotten some kills or some farm since the BF Sword, so go buy that Infinity Edge! (Infinity Edge is not always the best choice, I sometimes switch my Infinity Edge out for a Madred's Bloodrazor. It just depends on the team.) But now that you have a lot of damage, start pushing for the win!
Remember that you are Ezreal, the best sniper in the game, use that to your advantage and your game should go fine, as long as you have a good team.

I am happy to share my guide for Ezreal. If you would like to see the build before you even attempt it, send me a message on here, or in game. I will either make a video to show off my build or if you want to see for yourself, I would be glad to play a game with you. Just add me in game. The name is esakial.
