This is my first Fiora build (: She's my main and I rarely loose playing as her, using this build. Here, I will show you what to buy, why to buy it, what abilities to get, and why you should get em'. BTW, Fiora does best solo top.

Fiora focuses on damage and armor. She focuses damage because this is a DPS build (duh.) On the bad side, she if very squishy, so armor runes help out alot.

Fiora's masteries are 21-9-0. This is explained in the chapter above as well ^^.

Fiora starts off with Boots of Speed, and three health pots. These potions are vital in Fiora's early game sustain, because of her low HP. The reason Fiora gets two Dorans blade is because of the HP, Lifesteal, and Attack Damage bonus they provide, so she will be able to save 1650 ( for a B.F Sword ) without sucking. The rest of the items are just focusing either AD, Lifesteal, Or Attack Speed.

Fiora focuses her E alot, because it is her main steroid ability (granting around 120% bonus attack speed late game) and a slight movement speed bonus, which will be vital to winning 1v1s. Her W is also more important then her Q because of the mirror damage it applied. Her Q is mainly just to catch up to your enemy if they run ( WHICH THEY WILL .)

Flash and Ignite are the usual AD carry SS. Flash will help in running to/from your opponent, and Ignite will put in a little damage to get those run away kills.

Fiora Pros:
It is slightly difficult to run from Fiora.
Fiora packs a nice punch early and late game.
Fiora's ultimate makes her untargetable, which is great for team fights, or 2v1's.

Fiora Cons: SQUISHY (low HP) CHAMP.

Get in that fight. Fiora dominates in team fight, because of her incredible damage per second, and her ultimate which will allow her to jump from champ to champ dealing damage each time. Just MAKE SURE, that your are not focused (so let someone tank-ier initiate) because her HP will diminish very quickly.
