In 3v3's, before minions, walk to the edge of the bush so that you are not in range of ranged attacks, but so that you can rocket grab all the was to the other side. Rocket grab in and if you see/know someone is there, attack them until they land, then exhaust. If they have used or do not have heal, use ignite, but only if they are going to get away(don't waste it). The cooldown reduction in your masteries is for when an enemy team mate(s) try to defend the champ you grabbed. with the reduction you should be able to initiate a new team fight, and with them one down, your team should be able to get the kills and start the match with an advantage.
