First team build for me so deal with it...

First things first this is Fizz, my main and I have been playing him for almost 3~5 years working on a build (waste of my life) Riot changed so many things screwing me up im just gonna place what i have for fizz.

I really couldn't max one out so fizz is not intirly strong, but well being. If your skilled at getting away your fine. xD

first mastery to focus on is the 20 bonus cash. youll need it to get a hp pot with a vampire sceptor at begining. I personally dont like the dagger verson...

after that you COULD, but i recommend the offence, go all defencive.

I definitly recommend The masteries that boost ignite and heal. Ignite for extra poke or to make sure kill, heal so you can obviously last longer. >.>

I really haven't figured a runes build this is what i have, and it works brilliantly for me. I may actually get rid of the cash runes for more hp or time, or atk spd.

I get "E" trickster early so i can escape, then i get Urchant strike next so i can poke, last is DoT "W".

I max out Urchant first then DoT so i can have little to cast my escape ability... grab ulti as soon as it comes obviously. xP

First thing to get is vampire scepter and a health potion.
once you get enough for recurve GET IT, or if your forced to recall get the boots first.
~if you did the recurve - get the boots off atk spd then carry on.
~if you did the boots - get the atk spd boots then get recurve(MUST GET)

once you got the two items get the ion spark you need that support item for minion kills and/or ranged lucky poke... after that focus on getting bloodthurster from your scepter and a BF sword. after get INF sword.
now you got AD now get phantom. zeal most important, then the cloak.
get the AX-like item after the phantom. then sell the ion spark for another phantom so you get a 100% crit rathure then 89%...

you are now a glass cannon doing 700~1000 damage but with very low HP... perfect 1v1 maybe 1v2 if you see three or more ppl dont go in unless there is another player getting focused.

-cant help team unless ALL players are low HP...
