This is a bot lane support build with only ad carry .

Don't farm , just focus the mini map and enemies. Ward places where is necessary.
But more importantly ,
Always play like a threat , stun someone and attack him (w ad carry) let them earn less money. Fear them .Play with agressive style .
Use your passive and hit minions . ( For gaining mana )
Use your ultimate on fights and were taking drag or baron .

As a boots,

Take what good against enemy team,
If they had stunner team , take mercury's .

You can take Magic Resist too. If you have to tank surely.

You are support , you can tank them in mid game . Do it . Let them focus you and let your teams raise.

Use your stun good timing , when you stun someone use W and let his armor down . You can use R in that time too. There will be great damage to him in team fight.

Warding is important thing on supporting .

You have to ward Strategic points in game . Dragon for example . At early game use vision wards on there. Always buy 1 vision ward for game . And calculate dragon re-spawn times . You are support watch map and ping them.
At early game you can ward their jungle ( red and blue ) too. It will help your team to suprise him.
At mid game and late game you have to ward every necessary place and You must take oracle .
