So every game you will want to build a Blade of the Ruined King (bork) first. After that you need an attack speed critical chance item or berserker's greaves. It's up to you to choose the order. Then you can just get all of the items that I recommended. For your last item you can get a ga, banshee's, or more damage like statik shiv. It depends on who you are playing against and how your team is doing. If your team is relying on you to carry you should get a guardian angel because you need to stay alive but if you need the extra damage then get statik shiv. If you need resistance against ability power then you should get a banshee's veil.

You should start with q then get w then e. Get three points into q before you max w. Once you have 3 points of q max w. Getting 3 points into q makes ur early game stronger, maxing w first unlike I suggest isn't as strong because you w relies on attack speed and you don't have that much attack speed at lower levels.
