You get a lot of Armor Penetration, A bit Dodge and Mana reg.

Miss Fortune is a meele who is attacking a lot with Autohits. Because of that you need Armor Pen.
She is Mana Hungry, too. Because of that you need a bit Mana reg until you get the Blue Buff.

You have critical chance, armor penetration, damage and a boost for your Ghost spell.

You first have to skill Double Up, because it's the best ability for harassing enemies when you are in Mid. This is also the first ability that you have to max.
