in this build u want to farm a lot but be aggressive by throwing out harass as much as possible for fast gold.

You want to use exhaust to weaken and slow enemy's it will help a lot to stop enemy's from getting away late game and to weaken and slow people early game ignite is for if someone tries to run you use it on them to help ensure that you get the kill since you will have low movement speed speed.

You don't want to charge in a fight you want to stay back and parley as much as possible and sometimes go in and get a few hits. Until you get your trinity force you will be relatively slow so don't push to far.

Kills aren't as important as farming minions are. Going for only kills can get u under leveled and a low CS if you get KS-ed a lot.
