Intro
-Lane gangplank.
-Who's early game is hard, or if you need a lot more cs.
So this guide isn't exactly for the early killers and short matches.
Tiamat: Yes, you've seen it right, a tiamat. This item is actually made for a laning gangplank, with enough damage you can kill up to 7 minions with 1 parrrley shot, which makes it excellent for mid game and whenever you need to farm otherwise.
You will need to sell this in the end, for it is not a handy item in fights vs champs, they usually don't stand next to eachother.
Avarice Blade: This is mainly for the hard early game, because you can always use the money. Be sure to sell this for the tiamat as soon as it becomes easier for super easy farming.
Boots: The boots you buy are always teamdependent.
Main Items: Trinity and IE speak for themselves.
Atmas for extra crit% and it works very well with warmogs, because of their passives.
Optional Items: Once you've sold your tiamat you can buy a BT/ BC or anything else you will need in the game you play.
ALWAYS BUY WARDS AND POTS!!!

Early game: As stated above this guide is for when you have a very bad early game. So farming early game is going to be skipped in this guide.
Mid game: When it becomes easier to walk the lanes because of dragon control struggles and semi teamfights, you will be wanting your tiamat, you'll be farming at least twice as fast as most other champs. ( Be sure to tell your teammates when you want to kill a big wave of enemy creeps, you can't be first at the location all the time.)
Late game: There are more important things then farming late game, but with such a bad early game you can't ignore all creeps.
Jungle: Always keep an eye on your jungle, if you don't have a jungler you can get a lot of cs early game from them. You also want to take buffs whenever you feel you need them. But don't take buffs from people who need them more.
