I like this build, though, although I feel that you should get one rank in Courage sooner.

Well, the mana upgrades are all apart of the last item, the core build doesnt actually have a mana upgrade in it except for banshees veil and imo the passive on that is too good to pass up if u actually need it. What would u recommend otherwise? Thanks for the input!

Your build is ok. kind of a "meh" kind of set up. the main problem, in my opinion, is that you have so many freaking mana upgrades!! Garen doesnt even have mana. Its a solid build, and the 2% of health in damage is a plus, so i have to give it 0%
