Hey there Summoners. It's me again. Since my old build wasn't such...A succes as was I expecting I am back again with a new and balanced build for our nerfed "body builder" :))

This will be a double build form wich you can choose. A stable dps, and a Healt/Crit tank.

Now sit back and enjoy while i am explain you how to become a real "Might of Demacia".

Pros:
+ Best early game damage ingame.
+ Heavy physical crit based champ.
+ No more killstealing for you! (Ultimate FTW)
+ Cooldown based champ, does not require mana/energy/mantra/rage etc etc.
+ VERY good AoE DPS'er.
+ Silencer
+ Fast movemen.
+ GREAT farmer.

Cons:

- No CC
- Vulnerable to CC
- Cooldown dependant

First I will present you the more DPS build.

Oke..The runes are standard for Garen. No more CRIT runes and all that thing. They are ueseless...Why spending your spots for 1+ damage at your Judgement (Let's be serious) I choose Armour Penetration Marks, Dodge Seals (That will help increasing your chance for "Nimbleness" to activate + More survive), Cooldown Reduction Glyphs and HEALTH Quintessence.

My mastery follow a standard 21-9-0 so is nothing much to explain here.

Items...Here is becoming a little bit funny :D:D. If your team has a TANK and you feel confident you can go as a standard DPS. Boots (Swiftness, Mercury, Ninja and the new IONIAN boots all are great, but still my fav remains "Boots of Swiftness".) The next important item is SUNFIRE CAPE (Item that improves your minion farm and damage output on your Judgement skill + Health and Armour => Survivability). The next item is LAST WISPER. This help alot since the buff Last Wisper got a few patches ago (to proc even on abilities + Damage) => HUGE DAMAGE. Since Garen has no CC at all you must be fast so you can escape/engage fights. This is where the 2 Zeals come in (Later you will make them PHANTOM DANCERS). Zeal/Phantom Dancer is a MUST HAVE on Garen since it gives MOVEMENT SPEED, ATACK SPEED/ CRITICAL :X. The last item in this DPS build is Infinity Edge (This is a real BOOST to your damage + Judgement skill). Well, this covers my DPS build.

Let us proceed to the Health/Crit more of a tank build.

Here you start with a DORANS SHIELD..Yes you Heard me well...Stop considering DORANS ITEMS...NOOB ITEMS..They are good. The shield helps you laning for a longer time. Try laning until you got 1100 gold so when you get back you buy yourself BOOTS and some potions. Stay on as long as you can or until you have enough money to buy WARMOGS ARMOUR. (Now with this you musk KILL CHAMPS and farm minions This shouldn't be a real problem..YOU ARE GAREN JEEESSS...After Atma's Impaler is built you can consider yourself a killing machine. HP/DAMAGE/CRIT. Only once I managed to finish this build. After ATMA'S they usually surrender :)). If you manage to get ZEAL and Infinity Edge I can guarantee 100% no one can beat you 1v1. 1v2...Even 1v3 if you manage the situation well. (Trust me!!)

For SUMMONER SPELLS I suggest EXAUST and FLASH. Since you don't have a real escape mecanism.

Other spell that you can use is CLEANSE to get rid of CC effects.

Well I hope you all will excuse my poor english and the fact that I didn't know how to put ICONS at items/spells etc. I hope you will like and appreciate my build.
