This is my first guide. I hope it is a good one and if there is a mistake you will talk to me .

The Glyphes and Seals are for the resistance and the Marks and Quintessence are for the damage with the E spell.

The Masteries are a little bit tanky and for halth. But it is more for atack damage and critical damage.

The first item is for life regeneration because , you will survive longer. Than it is for movment and attack speed and armor penetration. Now you need more critical damage with you E spell. Now you make nice damage and need life and with your Athma's Impaler you do more damage if you have much life

First you need your Q for movment speed and to silence your enemie. Than your E its for nice damage important and your W for resistance. Your Ulti is very nice but only when you use it tactical. you use your ulti first if the enemie lost much life because , if the enemie has low life it do more damage ( +1 damage if the enemie lost 3,5 Health Points )

That are the basical Summoner Spells. Flash you need to escape and Ignite to kill the enemie. It make damage over time so cast it useful.
