This build is how I play Garen. This build is all about doing massive amount of damage and being able to walk away from almost anything.This is my first build/guide so please leave useful comments!

Pros
Massive amount of damage
Strong tower diver
decent survivability


Cons
Stupidness can get you killed fast
Feel way to strong and over chase
Focus fired in time fights

We go with the basic armor pen quintesses and marks to help deal more damage now the reason for the increased critcal strike damage runes. See thoes two bold words? EVERY SECOND. With this build your Judgement basically deals as much damage as ONE Decisive Strike EVERY SECOND. So that's is a lot of damage when you combo that straight into a Decisive Strike.

You want Critical strike items along with Damage items and cooldown reduction when ever possable, I went with a Trinity force because it gives the things we need, it gives us the slow we need along with attack speed, crit chance, plus health!

Your summoner spells will depend on what your doing, I personal always like to use heal and teleport. You can use almost any summoner spell as garen!
