Learn to play the champ by yourself trying to force 1v1 , 1v2 and 1v3s to learn your limits. Always focusing the most fed enemy member. Also if you fight against an adc a mage and a tank focus the mage cause the adc(your E+R armor) and the tank (not as much dmg as the mage) doesn't do much dmg to you
