I run for better clears and more W hits.
Then, to survive in jungle and to be more tanky. That's rather obvious, but... ;) The same goes with MR marks. I take 6 because you rather won't get much AP damage, and 3 just in case.

Masteries

Well, maybe I should go 9/21/0. But you're Vi. You have good scalings and you want to wreck them, not? These masteries will help you with early game.

Items

I take to have even more CC. I personally love this item, it helps me even more with chasing, give me burst and at least helps me land my Q. Then, do Warrior enchantemt and do Merculial Boots. After, do . It will help you chasing, give you HP and AD.
If you're ahead, fell free to do Triforce.

Creeping / Jungling

If on blue side, start with Golems (smite them) to get 2 lvl, then do Red and Blue. Don't Smite blue, it's not worth.

If on red side, start with that frog-like monster, then do Blue and Red, (now smite a red).

After, you can either gank top or continue farming.
