Kha'Zix is a hard counter that should be banned most often with Bel'Veth because he is a huge burst assassin. All he needs to do is R -> E -> Q and you're dead.
To remedy this, start with a defensive Gwen and only attack him if he is negative or if you have both of your defensive items.

Unless your teammates help and you have lane prio. A good Bel’Veth will punish Gwen early. But if you survive the early game, you can beat her later on. Zhonya’s is great against her.

Master Yi

Master Yi can kill you easily early on. His R (ultimate) goes through your R, so it’s tough to stop him. Try to keep your distance and use your Q smart hit him before or after he uses his Q, not during. Steelcaps (armor boots) help a lot. If you avoid fighting him early and wait until you get Nashor’s Tooth, it becomes easier.

Nasus and Gwen are good old friends. Together, they can turn a game around. Nasus stacks his Q to deal enormous damage. His E slows enemies, giving you a chance to use your R and slow the enemy even more in a team fight. If you find Nasus with his R, go for it. Those will be the seconds when you take down your opponents.

Ashe is a gem for Gwen because if you play in the jungle, Ashe's E will help you gain vision and counter your enemy in their jungle. Even if you're in a fight and getting destroyed by the most fed player on the opposing team, a good Ashe R will give you glory.
