Why!!!!????
Lets se how good it is by doing the maths: if you got 100 ad with out havoc and then used 3 points inn havoc it would give you an increased damage of 1,5% witch gives an amazing damage of 101,5 damage an bonus of 1,5 amazing right?
and if you got 300 ad witch you often get with adc it would give a bonus damage of 4,5 damage.
now if had an op amount of 1000 AD/AP you might think its good but it only deal 15 extra damage, if you had that amount of damage you wouldn't notice the 15 extra damage...
so why take havoc when you could take brute force or fury for easy last hits or killing tower?
