I dont gone write book about this build. I use it all the time, almost dont loose game with it and 80% games I dont finish buying all items because enemy team surrender or we destroy nexus. Play style is agressive from 4 lvl. To that lvl be careful and play def. You need to farm a lot of minnions if you want too start owning players. Gang a lot, its a key to fast money, and use your ulti with your head. Frontal assault its stupid like hell. Dont be afraid to die. If you rush in the middle of the fight, use rampage first and spirit of dread second after. Target weak chars with basic hits, and spam rampage skill. Nothing else matters ;)

In jungle you need to take smite. You can do with out it, but if you have smite you are faster in killing and first dragon fight in safer. Thanks for smite you can outrun lan players and r**e them at 6 lvl. Remember to use ghost and charge for extra first damage and panic effect, when 30-50% hp is going away after skill combo. Its very effective.
