There is no use for more then one Archangel's Staff, it is unique

The archangels passive stacks so with 3 you get 9% of your mana turned into AP. I have had 5 Arch and a Ring and have had 1350 AP. The problem with this build is no protection. 500 health is nice but you still get killed fast. By the time you build this it would be near the 1 hour mark which means they are not weak either. You would be better off with banshee instead of scepter. Health, Mana(40 AP with passive 9%) and 57 MR or with Frozen heart 99 armor, mana(50 AP with passive 9%) 25% CD and 20% enemy attack rate. The archangel build works better with Morgana.
