Master Yi 1(Lane) Kevin

I run 21/0/9 for all the AD portion on Offense, as well as mana regeneration and SS cd.
I go Wuju Style first for early game damage output. Then I get Alpha strike for ease of harrass. Next, I get Meditate so I have lane sustain, as well as being able to bait enemies under tower with heal and armor/MR increase. Then I will max wuju style or meditate(depends how well you doing) and grabbing Highlander whenever possible(i actually almost never get highlander at level 6... cuz i dont feel like I need it at that point in the game... Unless I think i can dive the enemy...)
Stardard Master Yi runes, ArP marks + 2 quints, Flat Armor seals, MR/lvl glyphs, and 1 ATS quint.
I go boots+3 hpots, or dorans blade to start. Then I get whichever one i didnt get next, as well as upgrading my boots. After i have my level 2 boots, I get wriggles lantern(mostly for the ward/lifesteal) Then, I usually just grab a bf sword and leave it there. AFter BF sword, I grab a phantom dancer for the ats. Then I upgrade my BF swords in to IE and BC. After that, I trade wriggles for Mallet(frozen).

Master Yi 2(Jungle) Kevin

i run 11/19/0 for extra damage against jungle monsters, and standard AD carry stuff. The 19 in Defense go to minimizing damage taken from jungle monsters and adding a bit of jungle sustain.
I go Wuju style for sustained damage to creeps, and then alphastrike for the 20% 400 dmg proc on creeps. Then meditate so I can keep them from regening hp while i restore my own with hpots. I can also use it do wait for cooldowns. Max Wuju first, for maximum sustained dmg... get highlander whenever you decide to gank.
Same Runes as above.
cloth armor+5 hpots is standard jungle items, unless you want to run dorans blade... I get Ionic Spark because of the 4 attack proc, so your enemies cant just stack armor against you... and it helps clear the jungle even faster.... Wits end is for your ap carry problems, every attack increases your magic resist and deals bonus true(or magic) dmg to target. the last 3 are obvious. You could always trade in wits end for FoN or Banshees, but then you're ats won't reach 2 ish...
