Go with Conqueror And Bone Plating. This lane is skill matchup. You can counter her E and R with your E. When she uses E and recasts it try to cancel the 2 dash with your E, that goes for the 1 cast of her R. Abuse early and avoid taking Q and AAS buffed by her passive. Build Hexdrinker
Camille
Go Conqueror and Second Wind. This lane is skill matchup. Use your Q when Camille uses her W to hit back. Use Your E when Camille uses her E because you counter her dash (This goes for the 2 E casts). I recommend building life because of her 2Q that tones true.
Cho'Gath
Go Conqueror and Conditioning and Excessive Growth (You can exchange excessive growth for revitalize to be more durable or Unshakable if Cho Gath's team has a lot of CCs and Slow, you can also exchange conditioning for Second Wind to have sustain in lane because of poke Cho Gath's Q) Smash him in lane phase xd. Build Divine Breaker because Cho gath scales a lot with health
Darius
Go with Conqueror and get Bone Plating. Whoever stacks first wins. Build trinity force and build Life because of R's true dmg
Dr. Mundo
Go from Conqueror Conditioning and Overgrowth. Farm, just farm and stay behind your minions so you don't get hit by Dr Mundo's Q. Builde Ruptor cuz Dr Mundo scales a lot with life
Fiora
This lane is skill matchup. Go with Conqueror and bone plating (you can choose second wind). Use your Q when Fiora has already used her Q. when you use your ult, use the E and R combo to make Fiora unable to use her W to negate your damage
Gangplank
Go Conqueror and Second Wind. Rush Tabi to reduce his Q damage. The matchup is for you to pull him and deal as much damage as possible and/or kill him
Garen
Go for Conqueror and Bone Plating. you beat Garen at all stages of the game BUT don't trade with him for nothing, if you're going to trade with Garen, you kill him because if not he will heal with the passive and give you all in and kill you. Use your Q to poke him to not heal him with the passive. After lvl 6 don't stay in the lane with low HP so he doesn't execute you with his R. Build a trinity force
Gnar
Go Conqueror And Second Wind. This lane is annoying because of Gnar's poke and his E that makes it impossible for us to engage him. Focus on your CS and if he is close to your tower, turn on ghost and go after him. Rush Tabi and StrideBreaker or Ruptor
Gwen
Go with Lethal Tempo and Bone Plating. This lane is easy, you don't just win lvl 1 because Gwen players go from TP and Ignite early mid. Avoid getting in the middle of Gwen's Q. you can rush hexdrinker if you are not confident or if you have problems with it. Use your Q after she uses her E. Builds trinity and life because of her Q true damage
Hecarim
Go Conqueror e Bone Plating. Just destroy it.
Heimerdinger
Go Conqueror and Second Wind. Rush Mercury Treads and if you want you can build hexdrinker. If he is close to your tower wait for him to spend his E, after he spent his E use Ghost and all in on him. Build Stridebreaker and if you want build Malmortius
Illaoi
Go Conqueror and Bone Plating or Second Wind. Rush Bramble Vest and Tabi. Abuse before lvl 6. Avoid getting hit by Illaoi's Q and E. After lvl 6 accept that the lane is hers, try to poke her with your Q or E W Q poke combo or wait for your jg to gank you (be careful that she can outplay you with her R that gives a ton of damage and healing)
Irelia
Go Conqueror e Bone Plating. You can go from ignite. You win early mid. Do not trade with it stacked. You can rush tabi and bramble to reduce damage and heal from irelia. When she closes her 3 items, don't trade with her anymore because she will kill you.
Jax
Go Lethal Tempo and bone plating. Rush Tabi and bramble if you want to drastically reduce Jax's damage. Don't trade with him lvl 1. Use your Q to poke him. If you hit 2 Q on them you can go all in on him (at lvl 1) Force his E to then go all in on him. If he uses the E and goes for you
use the E Q to avoid being stunned and deal damage to him. When he closes BORK and Ruptor be MUCH more cautious. Build Trinity or Stridebreaker.
Jayce
Go Conqueror and Second Wind or Bone Plating (to reduce his combo damage). Play Safe and save as much hp as possible. Rush Tabi. You will unfortunately have to play around your jg ganks and Jayce's mistakes. If he is close to your tower call Ghost and all in on him. Build Stridebreaker or Trinity (Stridebreaker most recommended.)
