This build I have made myself it consist of most of the recommended items. Ive used this in normals and have done pretty good with it because I build like a Pro would in my opinion.

Flat AP runes
These are really good early game if you would like to use these instead of ap/lvl. With these if you go dorans over shoes start you'll have somewhere between 40-50AP.
Ap/LVL
basically for better late game.

AP pen:
Only marks you should really use...

Standard 21/0/9 like most most Ap build.
You can switch the movement speed point to whatever one floats your boat.

Basically all recommended items except void staff. I don't recommend getting spell vamp items I think her passive is good enough to cover sustain till RoA if your having trouble early get cata before blasting wand. Also if you want more Ap get rid of morellos for a Zyonas.

Q
Always and I mean always use your passive with Q gives lots of health back if your missing some.

Try to predict movement if not aim where they are standing still

You should only farm with Q you can start farming with W mid game.

Flash:
This gives you a 4 escape if your ult not enough
Ignite:
Obvious?

optional:
Ghost for flash: extra movement speed still think flash is better because of her slow movement speed.

Cleanse for flash: stuns hurt her alot this will help that also can save you from ignite kills.

Teleport for ignite: Get to lane faster after dying or pushing.

Exhust for ?; Havent tried this yet be interesting if it worked

Heal: maybe i dunno..
Never get:
revive: Obvi
Garrison: no
Clarity: You shouldnt get this even if you spam really hard.
Promote; nope
Other ones i Missed... NO
Smite: not jungling

Pros:
-alot of Damage
-good health pool
-early + late game pretty good
-Lots of escapes
-Always kill never die.
-Crazy Burst
-True damage
-Good taunt
Cons:
-No armor / magic resist
-Squishy until RoA or Cata

Little thing to add she is really good against people without stuns

Always focus AD carry / Ap carry with charm in fights it will do alot for your team killing them first (This usually wins you the the team fight).
