I will thouroughly explain my choices for spells, runes, masteries. and items. I hope you enjoy and rape as much as i do. ugh carrys hate being carried by a Soraka. :D forget the spelling. (you guys dnt mean tht much.) NOTE: This build does rely on strategy via gameplay and Wise Decision making. Dieing consecutively can be crucial late game, can even turn you from a good soraka to a bad one. read on i will explain.....

I get Ability Power quintessences because they will give you a rapid amount of help in first blood and survivability in your early lvls, 3-6 preferablly. And i follow up with marks and glyphs of cooldown reduction and more ability power.

Summoner spells. Sheesh. "anything can be good" uhhhh WRONG. I hate when people give you a list of summoner spells... ahh sht up! your team, the other team, and the way you build will determine what spells you need. wait till your locking in to decide. :) However.. I choose flash and ghost for a specific and VERY IMPORTANT reason. Ghost of course for both your saftey, aid to your teammates, and it will make you a deadly chaser, starfalls and silences stop an enemy from running, especially an enemy tht has a speed boost and or cc. Late game whether or not youve raped, you will have accumulated a fortune in gold of "stacks". Both Levithian and Mejais. These spells will ensure you make it home for dinner. :)

Harrass ALOT with starcall. It doesnt seem like much dmg because it is not burst, but i bet on the 4th consecutive starcall he runs away :). The debuff it gives them is super OP but many people do not use it right. time it. stack some starcalls and then pop a silence. 2 or 3 times and if they arent dead then there either anivia or the game glitched and the noob garens 5 Guardian angels are working. xD you can run towards them and "q" when it lights up while dodging any enemy attacks. It will or will not take practice. on your skillz really. Everything else is self explanatory Heal when there arent any fights because remember mana is not a thing, you never know whos coming your way or wht? "Yes, ashe, ezreal, and karthus, and tf im talking to you." and Always remember to keep your lane buddy's replenished with plenty of mana. R is a beautiful weapon. can turn the tide of a teamfight or even save a carrys stacks, lol, or even yours. Keep in mind tht with your boots and runes, and if you have maxed mejais your cd's are low. pop group heal even if you dnt need it, will keep your five man team bashing at the turret. I Hope you guys have fun and enjoy my build. That levithian will you protect you at 20 soo when you do get maxed, try turret tanking. LAWL THEY HATE IT. Heal, Heal, Heal, Heal, Heal.... Im OUT!>
