double stack doran's blade for the damage and life steal. then boots, follow with brutalizer for damage. then finish boots for mobility. grab a blood thirster for damage and life steal. then start building the crit based items. though if you get to the Phantom dancer and still have both doran's blades weigh your pros and cons for losing the health and life steal.

i use this rune build because it focuses the main points of this build. Attack speed, Movement speed, and Armour penetration. Most people who are not building a jungle Shaco try to stack Crit chance for damage. I however just find Critting to be a bonus. These runes are set to hit hard fast and through their armour, while maintaining health and giving the speed boost to chase.

The Masteries are set do do roughly the same thing as the runes. they however put more focus on damage and have a slight boost to crit chance and crit damage.

Take a point in jack in the box first then follow with two shiv poison. at level 3 take a point in deceive and follow up with two points in two shiv poison. get your ultimate next and when ever possible. get another point n deceive then finish two shiv poison. finish deceive next and jack in the box last.

the reason i pick these summoner spells is simple. heal to stay in lane longer, and ignite for when you do almost enough for the kill.
