Later in the game you are supposed to sell your Wriggle's Lantern to get your 6th item. You can either sell your Wriggle's Lantern later in game or you can just stop buying potions. What ever you want. Also with your Wriggle's Lantern, make sure to place words in the river when your soloing top (to be aware of ganks).

For your summoner spells, since your going to solo top you may chose Flash, Ignite or Teleport. I recommend teleport if you recall a lot. You don't have to take teleport, just call on a teammate and ping your lane. The health potions and lifesteal will help you get your health back (jungling helps).

For the first 3 levels get your Q,W and E (doesn't matter which order) I chose to these 3 skills in this order, Q,W and E. Once that's finished try to max your Q first (unless you have a chance to upgrade on Dragon Fist). After your Q do your E, then max your safequard as last.
