Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Start with your bladesurge to keep your harass... just dash towards a champ and come back to safety. You should be able to farm well since it refunds some mana with minion kills.
Then you'll pick hiten style, and max it ASAP. This is important to give you healing and will stack with your life steal build, which is this build's main point.
Put a point in equilibrium strike and leave it there, since it gives you some cc to prevent escaping enemies, our help you flee.
Your ult has a very short cooldown, so don't be afraid to use it. It gives you nice damage output. Aim all your blades to the same champ. Don't forget it recovers some hp from units hit.
Begin with doran's blade to have some damage to harass your enemies with your dash. First recall, grab a vampiric scepter and boots of speed. If you have enough money, buy mercury treads already. That will stack with you passive ability. Next recall, damage time: bf sword and mercurys, or if you already had it, get bloodthirster right away. After that, you might feel mana starvation, so buy sheen for mana and vampiric scepter for more life steal. At this point, if get heavily injured, you can just finish a wave of minions to recover health. Works nice with a health potion too. You'll be laning for a longer period, farming more. You'll feel need for some attack speed, so just buy a recurve bow and the second part of your trinity force, zeal. Next time you recall, finish your trinity and stark's favor. Trinity force gives you a little bit of everything you need, which is great. Late game: if you are doing well, the enemy team might focus you a bit, so you should be fast. Phantom Dancer will give you some more speed. Escape to jungle, heal in some minion camp, and go back to fight. You'll need more damage, so, combine an Infinity Edge when possible, selling your old doran's blade. This will give you some nice crits, and basic damage.
I grab armor penetration for quintes, and attack speed for the rest, with exception for seals, which you can grab anything you want. I suggest mana repleshment, so you won't feel starved. For masteries, I use 21/0/9, mastering exhaust, picking some armor pen in the first tree and some neutral buff in the second.
With that much lifesteal, you can take baron with at least one more champ. Never try to solo it, cause your lifebar is short.
Grab red buffs a lot, that will slow your enemies a bit.
Blue buffs are also welcome, for it grants you cd reduction.
