Hello there. After seeing the videos of this character, i've decided to buy it, and i've been playing with this build and worked good. Im going to explain you why i've choosed this items - runes - spells.

As you may see, the runes that i picked are to make this guy a hard man to kill at the beginning of the game, as well as to push the line where he is taking advantage of the skills he have.
Alacrity is just to let the enemy know that its not a good idea to confront this "tank".

Masteries to make him stronger and a bit of speed.

You may think that the items i pick are odd for this char. But well, first of all, the boots are for scaping / hunting and the magic res they give is fine.
The sunfire cape is because with the Golden Aegis you can scape while doing some damage, and stay fighting with some AOE, and if you use your ulti against 2 enemies, or an enemy with minions, its a great combo i think.
Im giving him a lot of health so when i buy Atma's Impaler, you can make some good damage, and with the bonus of speed damage and the Black Cleaver it's even better. Its gonna be hard to scape from this guy.

Ghost obviously for chase and scape. Heal because when you are in hard situations, you can put the shield (that auto activates) and heal yourself.
