This is my first creation build, and sorry for my english!
This is a dps build for Jarvan. This heroe is very pleasant in dps. Why? Because his skills is ambivalent, he have a reducing armor, a shield, a bump, charge and a slow.
The attack speed is a good choice with the passif of Demacian standard skill. In melee, you can stay alive with the shield, slow, or the combo Demacian standard with Dragon strike for escape and kite with movement speed take by Phantom dancer.
The Doran's shield and runes tank are very good for survive and attack in early game.
