I'm gonna keep this part really short cuz nobody ever reads this **** anyways.
Get in alot of early harrassment with the "Q" spell and auto attack, because of Jarvan´s passive he has extreme damage early and if you Dragon strike before the normal attack the damage is further increased due to the armor reduction.
If laning with someone who is not a complete rere first blood is often handed to you.

Simply because its ****. At level five it shields you for a maximum of 200hp. It´s a rere spell, i sometimes depending on the oposing laners take it at level four simply for the slow, because like i mentioned earlier the shield is ****.

If it becomes one of those really fun to play 50-60 minute long games where you actually get a full bag the last item is really up to you. If i still die and take lots of damage i go for the frozen heart, but if im doing fine in that area i go for the trinity force to get some more damage out there and landing a few more kills.

Get those last hits! This is a tank build that requires atleast 130 minion kills at the end.
At level nine creeping gets a little easier due to the damage made from the demacian standard - dragon strike combo, placed right and it takes out the entire row of ranged creeps.
