ive never liked this matchup. mainly because alistar is a real pain to kill. Honestly going against alistar top lane is not worth it. I highly suggest you use someone else instead of rengar for this matchup as it is really hard for rengar to win. Alistar has tankiness along with cc which is a nightmare for rengar.
