This build allows you to move through your jungle very fast. Try to get fed as quick as possible and farm/lvl as long as you can by using your healing spells/pots/attacks with the lantern.

Remember when you hit lvl 3 you are READY for a gank. Use a combo of your ghost and your Devastating Charge to get behind enemies and hit them towards your allies. Once you get first blood(of course) head straight into the jungle and get your farm up. Use your moveability to your advantage like Rammus. YOU'RE FAST! YOU'RE TANKY! GTF IN THERE!

IF YOU USE YOUR ULT: cast your Spirit of the Dead to get heals going, cast Rampage to reduce the duration of it and do damage, then immediately used your charge and get BEHIND THEM and hit them back towards your team. You should be quick enough to use your combo and hit them back with your charge by the time your fear is finished. Next, cast rampage again and chase them down...



Remember, this Hecarim build is beefy and will allow you to initiate ganks/battles. Use your speed to your advantage.
