The Path

So i use Jungling Jarvan. It is crucial that you get smite because if u dont ur fcked....
First start off at Blue. Make sure you Smite it and dont let anyone steal your exp
Next continue your basic path
Wolves>Wraiths>golems
Make sure to NOT smite the blue wraith and save it for the golems.
After go get the Other teams wolves if there aren't any other junglers.

Runes

So like this guy has MAJOR mana problems.. So to fix/help taht GET BLUE FIRST. Blue replenish your mana when you jungle. To also help get Clarity seals. they help a ton!
Armor pent runes for more damage/easier jungling
CD glyphs for shorter CD
This guy is also squishy as hell
so to help HP QUINTS

Combos!

There are many different combos with jarvan.
One i use alot is the E+Q+R= GG combo..
first you use E as your flag
Then you Q towards it to knock your oponents up
Next when you are about to win and they try to run away R him/her to trap and finish off
