As for alot of junglers, graves is just the worst to deal with. Never try to duel him early. try to get him by suprise and counter jungle starve him.
Evelynn
While a minor threat early, eves burst that takes over in mid game will ruin your day if you dont outrun her charme. try to fly around her presumed position and bait our the charme. Go in for the kill when you know she doesnt have her ult and you have flash.
Lee Sin
Its depending on who is getting ahead on farm and kills. Mid game lee can be quite a pain, especially with a lethality build path. but dodging his Q can quickly turn the battle.
Jax
Use your E right after he connects his jump to dodge his stun. if you manage this you have time to get enough autos off to scare him away.
When Jax reaches his late game build better stay with your tanks and get him offguard. cause he is an outstanding duelist
Karthus
if you get ahead of him early and counter jungle his weak ass, he wont have time to catch up and stack his dark harvest. take advantage of this.
Sylas
Think he is low and you can execute him? think again. rule of thumb is dodge his leap or he heals himself off of you in a second.
Kayn
a skill matchup. Kayn as all the AD assasins got a huge buff from all the new preseason items. Use his late early game as advantage and counter gank the s**t out of him.
Warwick
Warwick will outheal everything you throw at him. dont try to 1 v 1 him. the lower you manage to get him the most likely it is that he will turn the fight. Also he posesses one of the biggest c**kblock ults in the game.
Master Yi
The key to win against a YI lays in his early game ganks. catch him by suprise and you make him useless for the next 10 minutes. (if your lanes dont decide to hand him in free kills)
Amumu
with the new sunfire a lategame amumu is quite a heavy opponent. luckyly you dont start with mythics. his weak early gives you the advantage to catch him off guard in his jungle when he is low, or while ganking lanes.
Kha'Zix
another example of an AD assasin jungle who got the long end of thestick this season. a late game kha is one of your worth nightmares.
Dont try to fight him solo , not even early. use the buddy system to catch him in the river when doing his first crab, and get a quick lead.
Lulu
Quinn might be a strong champion if you play her right, but she will always be squishy. Lulu is the perfect champion to help you outlive the heavyest bursts
