I begin with a Doran's Ring for the ap and health, it helps with the Q on killing and life steal while in the jungle. Next I rush madreds Razors for the jungle 300 damage, you can either go blood-razors later in the game or just go for wriggles for faster jungling. I prefer to go for blood-razors later game. After razors i get mercury treads for the tenacity/magic resist. Then I buy a Wits End for the on hit, and the crazy magic resist(the attack speed is just a bonus xD). Frozen heart next is just a given for the mana. Then i get the bloodrazors. At the end this is just a personal preference for damage, i go with frozen mallet for health/damage/ slow, then i get atma's for the tanking and damage.
Start at wolves and solo them down before blue buff comes up and then take blue, wraiths, Golems, Red, Then buy. Warwick is not the best counter jungler out there but it can be done if you just wait until level 6 to gank and have your suppression ulti.
In jungle you should always use Hunters Call Whenever avaible. On bigger creeps (Golem/Lizard/Dragon) i suggest landing at least 3 melee hits to maximize the effect of Eternal Thirst before triggering Hunters Call.
Hungering Strike should be used on CD whenever you have blue buff. If you dont have it use it only on: Blue Wraith, Golem(buff one), Lizard(buff one) and Dragon.
Blood Scent Doesn't have much use in jungling. Tho you should be aware of using it. Having it triggered on while you are on 10% health fighting dragon can cause ppl to notice you are close and that could cause a gank opportunity.
Infinite Duress is unusable on creeps.

Warwick... he is the best jungler out there. You can build AP but it only does well with his Hungering strike. So i go ad for the overall damage and tanking. But I have tried to do a hybrid build it only works if you get fed very fast early game so that you have the money for the expensive hybrid items. Going ad i get about 200 both resists with wits end proceed 4 times and it really takes a while to bring down a WW that is life stealing and have 3k hp with 200 resists. I start into fights with my ulti becoming the primary while hungering striking to stay alive. My team then can jump in and demolish anything in the group. Always using my suppression on either a ad carry or a AP carry... or tryda*** xD, basically what every is the threat.
When working in team fights, Warwick is a great option to initiate fights. He is very powerful with 200 resists when you ulti in the wits end will instantly hit 4 stacks and it will pump up your magic resist. As you jump in make sure to target the ad carry, or any high dps that is squishy, that will help to get your team to kill them.
I choose Warwick over any jungler besides shaco because i <3 my main. Warwick has the tanking, damage, and just speed over any other jungler. Were shaco has to wait on box's if hes ap... or life if hes ad, Warwick just keeps jungling without losing life. Trundle, fiddle, and lee sin more common champions are not half as powerful as warwick. In my opinion shaco being my main or not, Warwick is the most overpowered jungler, he is super fast, super tanky, and can pump out massive amounts of damage. He doesn't lose to many champions 1v1 either. Were he can't counter jungle, he wont be counter jungled period.
