Vamp sep first then go to the blue buff golems with some leesh on it from whomever in mid. And smite at the last second so you can make sure you get it. From there, go to wolf camp, then banshee's and your smite should be up by then so then go to red lizard and kill it using smite as well. Then if needed, go to the bot golems and get it and port. After this, you should get your Madred's razor if you can and start to gank if you can. Its always good to gank a lane that is really pushed obviously. Best to go gank if that lane has a exhaust! If you go gank bot, and kill them, try to see if you can get some help on dragon at bot for some early gold for everyone. You should smite it though to get a little more of an 25 extra gold though haha and a faster kill. After this has been done, then start going in anyways you feel is neeeded, but once you reach to LvL6.. you should be killing pretty well

Farming

A good way to farm up in mid game or even to watchover a lane for someone, is to use your E and then your W to kill faster and to attack faster on minions.

Team Work

In a pretty big team with 2 or more people that is cluster up, use your ult when they have alot of health because your ult is a % base than just dmg regular. When chasing someone who you can catch up, when your far away from the enemy, use E and then use Q then W to catch up, start to knock up and attack faster during knock up and the gaining of the knock up.
