Early Game
Yasuo must first build The Bloodthirster instead of Ravenous Hydra or Blade of the Ruined King.
Any item that corresponds Attack Speed triggers Yasuo's Steel Tempest down to a 1.33 second(s) cooldown. Which is basically, equal to 1.30% of his attack speed. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUILD THE FOLLOWING such as Zephyr, Phantom Dancer OR Wit's End.

Finally, his items must not compose of damage but instead building durability, magic resist and health such as Randuin's Omen, Banshee's Veil, or a Guardian Angel. Yasuo should not be all physical damage, players who decide to build a full damage inventory is not pro-alike but to seek more kills of enemy players who try to backdoor your bases. MORE KILLS DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN REALLY DOMINATE THE ENEMY TEAM. Greediness should not be your great help for the team.
Yasuo is not really an assassin, so building him sustainable health items might let him last longer during late games.

Pros:
*Steel Tempest can be used to last hit creeps
*Yasuo is more dangerous when facing one-on-one due to his passive
*Last Breath can be cast even by one of your allies
*Try to harass as many as possible
Cons:
*Hard to master his combos
*Cannot use his Sweeping Blade TWICE on the same character. Think twice before you engage.
*No sustain health, that's why he's vulnerable in ganks
*Cannot perform well in teamfights, try paying closer attention to your allies
