I am 2x grand master on EUW and EUNE in season 9

This is my Twitch jungle guide

Twitch jungle is all about cheesing early game knowing when to gank what lane to gank and what path to do

If you get ahead early game as twitch you pretty much win the game

DuoQing with a Lulu top mid or support increases your chances of winning

Rat IRL uses different keystones

He uses:
Lethal tempo (currently)
Press the attack
Fleet footwork
Hail of blades

His runes:
Lethal tempo runes
Press the attack runes

Rat recommends using Letahl tempo whenever you have a Lulu on your team and using Press the attack whenever you don´t have a Lulu on your team

Twitch jungle pathing

Start red buff
Go to mid lane
Use Q when you are close to mid to stealth up on enemy mid laner
Let your mid laner go in with cc or bait first
Then you walk behind the enemy mid laner and start auto attacking with red buff
When you have 6 passive stacks on e or enemy mid laner is low elo to die to the execution E you press E for the first blood
After this gank you wanna do either top scuttle or bot scuttle into a gank on top or bot depending on the scuttle you did
After this you just do normal blue or red site clear

As twitch jungle you don´t have the best clear so you don´t wanna powerfarm as him

You wanna look for cheesy ganks on the map

I usually recommend doing jungle champs when you have smite up and when smite is on cool down go for a gank somewhere

If you wanna powerfarm on twitch do the following clear:

Jungle clear updated after scuttle crab changes

1. Red
2. Krugs
3. Raptors
4. Wolves
5. Scuttle ****
6. Gank or go to blue
7. If gank then reset if blue then clear gromp and then reset

After reset go to Krugs and afterwards raptors

You always wanna go for ganks if they are free over clearing a jungle camp

You can also do the korean jungle path:
1. Red
2. Raptors
3. Krugs
4. Gank
5. Enemy blue
6. Enemy gromp
7. Enemy wolves
8. Reset
Go to your own blue side jungle afterwards to check or go to raptors then krugs for power farming

Pros:

One of the best 1v9 junglers there is
Great for duoQ (with lulu)
Can destroy a whole team at once
Can shread tanks when full build
High pressure early
Stealth ganks
Strong with ardent censer supports
Can´t 1v1 early

Cons:
Immobile
Squsihy
Weak when behind
Weak vs assassins
Need ardent censer support
Need engage

The reason why Twitch Lulu combo is so insanely effective is because Lulu is the perfect enchanter for twitch

Lulu can speed up twitch which fits perfect with twitch Q in stealth mode

Lulu can give bonus attack speed to twitch which fits perfect with Twitch Ulti and Auto attacking

And last but not least Lulu is great at peeling for carries with W and R to keep the Twitch alive in team fights when ever he engages

Other good supports that twitch has good syngergy with are: Kayle, Morgana & Zilean

But if you are a twitch jungle or even ADC player I highly recommend finding a Lulu support top or mid mainto duo with since this combo is insanely broken ones mastered

If you can´t find any Lulu player then duoing with any ardent support will work fine as well

As twitch you wanna wait untill your frontline/engage goes in with their CC to start the team fight

If you play with Press the attack you wanna do the following:
Press Q and position yourself behind your frontline but in range to autoattack the enemies
Press R and start autoattacking the enemy team
Press E after 4-6 hits on people for maximum E damage to finish them off

IF you play with Lethal Tempo you wanna do the following:
Press W and hit at least one target with it to activate your lethal tempo
Look at the Lethal tempo icon at the bottom of the screen and wait for 1.5 seconds untill Lethal Tempo is activated
Once Lethal Tempo is activated you wanna press R and start auto attacking people and finish them off with E after 6 stacks on your passive
