How to play Karthus in the junlge
Ask top for red buff ward at 1.35 to know if opponent is invading. If they invade your red side take theirs.
Full clear will look like this:

Full clear if invaded will look like this ("" = Invade):

Look for gank in closest lane either for a kill or a safe DH stack then reset. Repeat this over and over until you hit level 6 and have a mythic.
Rest of the game you just want to farm and look for free kills with your ult. Use your "Wall of Pain (W)" to slow opponents in a gank and toggle your E as soon as you are in range of the enemy.
