OK so i have started using this build for a few weeks now and it has actually been working fairly well especially if you are laned with another high damaging player(jax, vayne, exc) the basis of this build is to get your boots that have dodge (just so you can dodge attacks when you run in and out of group battles faster thanks to nimbleness if it goes off) after your boots you need to rush needlessly large rod getting pots here and there as needed. Once you have your rod you should be able to leave your lane and start ganking the better you gank the faster you get your hat. once you have your hat there is no stopping you just run around and gank free-lee.
