This champion just wins early skirmishes assuming you are both even in health/gold/levels. Do not fight him near bushes and be careful of being cheesed early at your second buff. If he doesn't cheese you at yours, it can be risky, but if you can catch him at his you may be able to win if he is low enough. Otherwise, look to just prevent ganks early on and try to get a lead from your own ganks rather than invades.
Volibear
This champion is quite literally just impossible to win against early game. There is nothing to outplay. He just wins. Avoid him at all costs until you've secured a lead and/or it's mid to late game.
W evolve first can be very useful if you want to countergank, but if you'd rather focus on objectives Q can be viable as well.
Jax
You can win against jax early on if he doesn't go Press The Attack because he has relatively high cooldowns before he gets his items. I always go for the 2nd buff cheese if possible, and if not, you can win skirmishes by using e to dodge his stun. Sometimes they will back off after this, but some will continue to fight you. If they continue you will win it. If you go riverwalking, got off a combo with absolute focus by cheesing from a bush, and it's in the river, you may even be able to eat the stun. After six you can outplay him with your R by using it to either dodge the stun entirely or to just be invisible for the duration of it.
Make sure to harass him in his jungle if you get a lead and countergank if you are able, as he outscales you and if it reaches late game he will be hard to deal with.
Elise
This champion can stun you, deny isolation with her spiders, and if she loses anyways, can use her e to get away from you. If you can dodge her stun you can win, but if you get stunned you will very likely die without a lead. Nullifying orb can be good into this matchup.
Hecarim
This champion just wins early fights especially if he goes ignite, and his mobility makes it hard to countergank effectively, as he can get to lanes much faster than you can. If you are able to catch him at a buff while not full or can cheese him in the river it's possible to win, but he can always get away very easily with his e if he uses it early enough. If he doesn't get fed off of early ganks you can generally win early game, but the good ones will gank often early. I recommend just farming until 6 and making sure to ward and communicate his location to your team as often as possible to prevent ganks.
Shaco
This champion is near impossible to win against when the player knows what they are doing. He has devastating burst, can cc you, and when he ults, deals double the damage while also denying isolation. And if you manage to come close to winning a 1v1, he will just use his q and his boxes to escape. Avoid playing Kha'Zix into Shaco, and if you do, focus on tracking his location and trying to gank lanes when you know he won't be able to countergank.
Warwick
This champion wins at every stage of the game unless he misplays, fails ganks, and/or you get a lead from ganks. It is very hard to win this matchup when the player knows what they are doing. I'd recommend just not playing Kha'Zix into Warwick, and if you do, like all his difficult matchups, focus on tracking his location and try to make plays where he isn't, whether it's ganking or getting objectives. Ward for your team when you can and communicate his location as often as possible.
Rammus
Early game you can beat Rammus, generally. However, once he gets his thornmail and jungling item, he will start to outscale if you haven't secured a lead and there is pretty much no way to outplay him 1v1 after this point. I recommend invading him when you hit 3 if you think you can secure the kill and get out without being collapsed on by laners. If he gets a lead, building a Maw of Malmortus can help absorb a significant chunk of the damage he deals.
Sejuani
Her early game weakness makes up for her late game strength. You are going to want to put tons of pressure on her early, as well as taking farm to prevent her scaling, and if you do, you will be fine.
Ahri
This champion is very hard to kill as Kha'Zix after she hits level 6. Even if you dodge her charm she can just ult away. Try to gank her before 6 and be careful to dodge the charm. If she lands her charm, most of the time you will die.
Kindred
Invade her as often as you can and countergank whenever you can. Kindred vs. Kha'Zix is pretty free after you hit level 3, as you can one shot her before she gets a chance to kite.
Twitch
The only thing that makes this champ a threat is his ability to successfully gank. If you can track him, you will win every countergank and 1v1, but you need to pay attention to his pathing or he will constantly be killing your laners.
Malphite
Malphite is another champ who's incredibly weak early game makes up for how strong he can be mid to late. The trick is to be very aggressive before he hits 6, because that's sort of the only time he's truly useful. If you catch him at his second buff and invade one or two more times after he won't be much of a problem if you maintain vision control and track his location for your team. Take as much farm as you can as well.
Amumu
Amumu is another champ you want to harass early if you can. Second buff cheese, scuttle skirmish, etc. Be careful though, because if his laners have priority his q will make it very easy for them to secure the kill should they roam. Mid to late you're just going to want to avoid him and try to focus on the adc or another squishy.
Evelynn
Skill matchup. Better assassin wins. Early she can be pretty easy to deal with since she has no invis and you can just kite her until her charm dissolves. Her late game is a bit better than yours, so try to end asap.
LeBlanc
This champion is very annoying to deal with as Kha. Her w can work as two gap closers, so jumping on her won't work unless her w is on cooldown. Try to gank her pre 6 and wait for her to use w on her wave to jump in. You will at least get a flash. After 6 she can just w and ult out.
Annie
This champion just can't be touched unless her stun is on cooldown. She will point and click stun you, ult, ignite, and you will be dead. Every time. I usually don't bother trying to gank her at all unless I get lucky and see her use her stun while I'm close by.
Twisted Fate
This champion is just annoying, like any champ with a point and click stun. Every time you engage him you will need to make sure his w (wild card) is on cooldown so you don't get point and click stunned. After he hits 6 if you are ever low and/or ganking he will ult to you and yellow card you. Many times you will be too low after that to retaliate, so you will either barely get away or you will die. It can make ganking anywhere very hard. Try to set him behind early.
Garen
This champion, especially after his rework, is incredibly dumb to play against as Kha'Zix. If you don't set him behind early you can just forget about ever being able to 1v1 him unless you have a disgusting lead. Do everyone a favor and gank him as often as you safely can as early as possible, and make sure to give your laner the kills so he doesn't snowball.
Diana
Skill matchup, another better assassin wins. Whoever gets the lead and/or hits 6 first will win the 1v1.
Teemo
Teemo is very free as Kha'Zix. If he's ever extending, always gank, especially before he hits 6, as he will at least have to flash to survive most times.
Kayle
Kayle is another free champion vs. Kha'Zix. You pretty much win at most stages of the game unless she's gotten a lead, it's mid to late, and she's in a wave. If she's isolated you will almost always win. Gank her as much as you can early on, especially before 6.
Fizz
This champion is very frustrating. You basically cannot gank him at any point, because by the time you've hit level 3, so has he. All that will happen every time you gank is he will jump out. The best you can do is try to pay attention to the lane, and if you think he might all in your laner, stay nearby and try to help when he does. After six if he ults you and you don't dodge it, you are pretty much dead. Try to get a lead elsewhere.
Master Yi
This champion is a bit busted right now. He will win early while also outscaling you. The best way i've found to deal with him is to try to catch him while he's doing a camp early on. If you can secure a lead, you can make sure it doesn't get to the late game.
Graves
Graves is generally pretty free, but recently I played against a Graves who built Duskblade and electrocute instead of what is normally built, and he was outbursting me by using his w to reproc it and kite me.
Before items, though, generally you will win the 1v1 if he's isolated. People who play this champ will usually spam gank most of the game, so always track his location and try to countergank, especially early on.
Udyr
This champion isn't a very fun matchup for Kha. He wins at all stages of the game unless you can cheese him while he's low and farming or secure a lead elsewhere. Usually they will go Press The Attack, and if they do, just avoid him early game unless he's very low.
Lee Sin
This is a skill matchup that is a bit in favor of lee if the player is good with him just due to the fact that there is so much more in his kit. You have one gap closer, and he has 2. After 6 he has a gap creator; his ult. So even if you do manage to catch him, he can very often just get away. He has much better and safer early ganks, because all he has to do is land a q, combo, and w out to his laner or to a ward.
Beware of being invaded at level 2 or at your second buff, because if he does, he will kill you, and there is little to nothing you can do about it once he starts the fight. At level 3 you can win the fight if you dodge his q. Generally I just try to get a lead elsewhere so the 1v1 is much less risky.
Many good lee players I've experienced are very active early game, whether it's invading or ganking. They will do one of the two if they know what they are doing. Hit three as fast as you can and try to match wherever he is to countergank if he shows up to one of your lanes. After the early game, if he hasn't gotten a lead, you can usually hard win the 1v1.
Kassadin
This champion can be dealt with if he is harassed early. If he is ever extended before 6, don't hesitate to gank him. After 6 it will become a bit more difficult since his ult gives him a gap closer that is on a lower cooldown than your e. He outscales you very hard so try not to let it get to the late game.
Irelia
Shut her down early. If she snowballs there is basically nothing you can do.
Karthus
Generally Karthus is pretty free if you catch him farming after you've hit level 3. Make sure to avoid his wall, though, because if you go through it and he lands all his q's, he can win the 1v1.
Nocturne
Not a great matchup for Kha. If you don't e out of his fear, he will win the 1v1. If you e out of his fear, he will walk away and you will have no gap closer. His ult can make wards close to the lanes useless, so focus on keeping your lanes safe with deep wards and pings. Get a lead off of ganks before 1v1ing him and countergank when you can.
Nasus
If you allow this champion to stack and reach the late game you will be useless against him. Gank as often as you can early.
Yasuo
This champion isn't fun for Kha. If you can catch him while he's roaming and isolated you will usually win if he hasn't gotten a lead. Generally you don't want to fight him in a wave by yourself, because he will be able to deny isolation and dash all over the place. You can avoid being ulted by using your ult as you are hit with his nado. Gank early if you can.
